Tuition and Fees

Tuition is a requirement for admission into Loyola Catholic Grade School.  We encourage annual tuition payments and give families a 10% discount for tuition paid in full in early September.  For those families paying tuition by semester, we offer a 5% discount. We require that all families pay tuition regularly, volunteer when needed and cooperate with the school classes working to earn money.  A non-refundable registration fee of $60 is charged upon student registration.  Each child also must pay a $150 book fee.

Financial Aid

We make every effort to assist all who qualify with various forms of financial aid when needed.

Please call Mrs. Bailey at 303-355-9900 to discuss your specific financial matters.

School Uniform

The uniform includes plaid culottes, shift, or skirt for girls, or plain slacks, worn with a plain navy blue, white or red blouse, shirt, tights, sweater or knee socks.  Boys’ uniforms are plain navy slacks or cords worn with pinfeather red, pinfeather blue, or light blue, white or navy blue dress shirts or polo shirts.  Socks are to be solid navy or white and sweaters are to be navy blue, red or navy only.  The school sweatshirt is also allowed.  School uniforms are available from Denver House of Uniforms.  On days when free dress is allowed, a specific dress code is enforced.  Once a year, school sweatshirts are available to order from our vendor.

Standards of Conduct

High standards of conduct are an important goal in our school.  Supplemental training in proper attitudes and character development is maintained through the school years.  Children are judged more by what they ARE than by what they KNOW.  An unacceptable action on the part of an individual child almost always interferes with the education of many of other children, especially when it takes place within the classroom.  It is the endeavor of the Loyola School faculty to develop good citizens who will respect and abide by rules of good conduct, and the cooperation of every student and parent in this regard is expected.
